Beta service
Tervano is currently offered as an early beta. Features, availability, and the underlying data may change without notice. The customer application currently displays demonstration data rather than live opportunities.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Tervano only for lawful business purposes related to identifying and pursuing commercial opportunities, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
No warranty during beta
Tervano is provided during the beta period without warranty of any kind. Opportunity information, relevance scoring, and analysis are provided as an aid to your own judgement and due diligence, not as a guarantee of accuracy or completeness.
Your information
Information you submit through the contact or beta-access forms may be used to evaluate your request and communicate with you about the beta. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
Changes
We may update these terms as Tervano develops. Continued use of the beta after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
